Professional training
On-the-job training: New employees will receive the on-the-job training for 1-2 months, and will be given comprehensive on-the-job training by the direct supervisor or the specialist designated by the supervisor so as to be familiar with the Company's situation, work contents and procedures as soon as possible.
Overseas training: Depending on the job assignment, the Company will send employees to Europe from time to time to attend professional and technical training.
At present, the production, research and development, quality, sales, finance and other teams have sent employees to Europe to attend courses in respective fields.

Skill development
Quality system training: Provide the training of internal auditors in three systems (TS/ISO/OHSAS) for some employees of the Company. Upon the completion of training, the trainees can obtain the qualification of internal auditor by passing the examination. Systematic education will be carried out for all employees.
Soft skills training: The Human Resources Department should regularly conduct soft skills training according to the requirements raised by other departments, including communication skills, time management, meeting management, trainer training, etc.
English training: According to the different job contents and positions of each colleague, the Company should regularly conduct English training courses after the English proficiency test, with foreign teachers teaching in four aspects: listening, speaking, reading and writing. At the end of the course, a certificate of completion will be awarded.
